Supply Chain Management Overview

3 or 2 days - depending on the level of detail of practical exercises and workshops on checklists.


Learning objectives and brief content description:

The training is pursuing the goal to flow down IAQG initiatives within Aviation, Space and Defense Industry Supply Chain. This training module is already approved by EAQG inside the Aerospace Performance Improvement (API) initiative, where Azeta Infotec Srl is “selected Training Provider Partner”.
The training is dealing with fundamentals for evaluating Organization performance, specifically for industry and services Companies being part of a stakeholder supply chain.
Starting from an overview of IAQG mission and description of SCM basics, guidance tools are presented to allow measurement of the maturity level of supply organizations through assessment methodology. The determination of week areas and the building of improvement action plan will allow to an increase of organization performance.
Practical exercises and workshop are part of the training effort.


Who should attend:

Representatives of industry and services companies, being part of a customer-supplier chain, as well as auditor involved/appointed for supplier assessment and surveillance.


Prerequisite of experience/knowledge:

None in absolute view, but experience on Quality Management Systems or knowledge of one of standards 9100/9110/9120 is recommended.
