Learning objectives and brief content description:
The training course is dealing with fundamentals for evaluating Organzations perfomance, specifically for industry and services Companies acting in the Aviation sector being part of a stakeholder supply chain.
The training is also flowing down IAQG concepts within Aviation Space and Defense Industry Supply Chain as far as this training module has been approved by EAQG past initiative API ("Aerospace Perfomance Improvement"), where Azeta Infotec Srl was selected as "Training Provider Partner".
Starting form a description of SCM basics, guidance tools and assessment methodologies of supply Organizations are presented to allow measurement of their maturity level. Main topics as Supplier Selection, Work Transfer Process and Supply Chain Risk Management are part of the training course.
Practical exercises and workshop are included into the training effort.

Representatives of Industry and Services companies being part of a Customer-Supplier chain as well as Auditor involved in the Supplier assessment and surveillance.
Prerequisite of experience/knowledge:
None in absolute view. However a certain experience on Quality Management Systems or knowledge of Standards 9100/9110/9120 is recommended.
